After read about bro rocky comment that malaysiaairlineblog is 'dead',so i decided to create a dedicated blog for everyone who have encountered bad service or would like to say 'terima kasih' to their crews may now able to do so here.
I being regular flyer,where i flew at least 4 times a month to and fro BKK,so far ,i have mixed feeling about MAS service .The most unforgettable experience i have was when they changed their inflight food menu from hot meal to cold 
sandwiches late last year.I actually wrote to media regarding this poor food service as there were practically no alternative choice for passengers but to accept what being provided.Imagine,when they served you cold sandwiches at nite..
sandwiches late last year.I actually wrote to media regarding this poor food service as there were practically no alternative choice for passengers but to accept what being provided.Imagine,when they served you cold sandwiches at nite..Lately,i have found that they have made some changes by provide 2 choices of either hot or cold meal but still serve it in the paper box(see right).
As Malaysians, i feel a bit of 'malu' especially foreigners sit next to me commented that MAS food service like 3rd world country airlines.There fore,i would like call upon the MAS management to seriously look into reintroduce back the full hot meal service in their regional routes..so that we can be match with other regional airlines like SIA or Thai International.Otherwise,forget about to be 5 star airline.
